Willy's Woods Return and Refund Policy

At Willy's Woods, we take pride in the quality of our handcrafted woodwork. Due to the customized nature of our products, returns, refunds, and exchanges are only accepted under specific conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns and Replacements

  • Non-Returnable Items: All items are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  • Customized and Personalized Items: Custom and personalized products cannot be returned unless there is an error on our part. Please carefully review your customization details before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged or with a defect, we offer a replacement. To qualify for a replacement:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.
  2. Provide a clear photo of the defect or damage.

Once verified, we will cover the return shipping fees and process a replacement as quickly as possible.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds and exchanges are only offered in cases where we have made an error. If approved, refunds or exchanges will be processed within 2 weeks of receiving the returned item.

Return Shipping

For eligible returns due to errors on our part, we will be responsible for return shipping fees. Customers will not be responsible for any return shipping charges in these cases.
